Wild Roots Salon and Spa Policies

Here at Wild Roots Salon and Spa we pride ourselves on providing you with amazing service, and making you feel your best when you leave. We have a few policies in place to help you relax to the fullest when you come in. We can't wait to see you at Wild Roots! 

Cancellations & No Shows

In consideration for all of our guests and employees, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required when canceling any scheduled reservation. Failure to do so, will result in a service fee and/or forfeiture of deposit. Please be aware that our wonderful team reserves these spaces for only you, so we ask for as much notice as possible to ensure the provider has time to fill the spot with someone else who may be in need. The fees are as follows: Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice: 50% of service total​. 1st no show: 50% of service total. Any no show after: 100% of service total - you will not be able to book another appointment until this is paid.

Reservation Booking

When booking online, over the phone, or in person, a credit card is required for any service. Wild Roots Salon & Spa does require at least 24 hours notice when canceling a reservation. For all reservations that are not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, our no show fee will apply. Wild Roots Salon & Spa has recently updated our policy to enforce all no show's and last minute cancelations. We understand the circumstances have changed over the last 2 years, and we must protect our staff, and their livelihood as well. we are always so grateful to our guests for understanding and supporting us!

Appointment Deposits

​All Hair Extension reservations: $75 (forfeiture of deposit if failure to give 48 hours cancellation notice)
Color Corrections: $80-$100 (dependent on stylist)
** We truly aspire to be able to give our clients the times & appointments they desire as well as being able to take care of our guests as best as possible.**

Scheduling 

We book your reservations to ensure that you are able to fully enjoy your selected service. For spa services, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the reservation for consultations and/or intake forms. In consideration for all of our guests as well our service providers, your reservation may need to be altered if you arrive more than 15 minutes late.

Returns & Exchanges 

Any retail may be returned within 14 days of purchase. If it has been used, a Wild Roots credit will be issued. Per the State of NH Health Regulations, returning skin care and/or makeup products is not permitted once opened.

Hate Speech

Wild Roots Salon and Spa is a safe space for everyone who comes through our door. We will not tolerate any hate speech. This includes racism, bigoted, homophobic, transphobic speech. You will be asked to leave and not return - no exceptions. 

Children at Wild Roots

While we love all of your children we also know the salon and spa has many chemicals, breakable objects, and hot/sharp tools that are hazardous to your little ones.  We ask that any child not receiving a service stay home if possible. We understand that life can be chaotic and if you must have a little one with you they MUST be supervised at all times. This is to ensure complete safety and relaxation of all of our salon and spa guests.
