We know how scary it can be going to a new salon with an artist you have never met. We are here to walk you through our new guest experience to make this the easiest transition possible for you. Keep reading to see what to expect at your first visit to Wild Roots Salon and Spa.
New Guest
Start Here
Upon Arrival
When you arrive you can park directly in front of our building. Once you are in the salon you will be greeted with a warm welcome. Our Salon coordinator will be sure to point out all amenities such as drinks and Wi-Fi. There is plenty of space to relax with a beverage until your service provider is ready for you.
The Consultation
This is your time to tell your stylist or skincare specialist about all of your hair, skin, or nail goals no matter how big or small. We will take the time to discuss with you the steps we will need to take to make all of your beauty dreams come true.This is a very important step to make sure we are on the same page and that you are in love with your service when you leave Wild Roots.
The Service
Now is your time to unwind and relax. We will get to work to give you the service of your dreams using the process we discussed during our consultation. We will walk you through each step and answer any questions you may have.
The Maintenance
While your hair processes or while we wrap up your skincare service we will talk about your home care routine. This will leave you confident in knowing that you are using the correct products to recreate your style and keep your skin happy at home. We will also discuss when you should come back to the salon or spa to prebook your next appointment.
The Follow Up
We hold ourselves to a high standard to ensure your satisfaction of any and all services received at Wild Roots Salon and Spa. We are available during business hours to answer any questions you may have about your appointment.
The Booking
We highly encourage you to pre-book your next appointment while checking out. This is the best way to ensure you have your desired date and time for your next service. We have also set up an online booking site for you to use if you have an unpredictable schedule. This will allow you to book each service at your convenience. If you have any questions on which services are best for you please reach out to us.
New Guest Packages
We know it can be intimidating to see a large service menu and have to guess what service is just right for you. We have created some new guest samples to take the stress away. New guests have additional time added to their appointment to ensure that we have adequate time to discuss all of your hair goals, and bring your vision to life. Take a moment to choose the perfect new guest package created to give you the hair of your dreams.
Retouch
Do you need your roots touched up with a fresh haircut? We will begin your service with a thorough consultation to color match your previous formula. We will apply a fresh color to touch up your roots and cover any grays that may be shining through. Your service will be completed with a haircut and a blow-dry style.

All Over Color
Do you need a total refresh? This service is for someone who has faded previous hair color. This service will bring your hair back to life with one color all over from roots to ends. Your service will be completed with a haircut and a blow-dry style.

Partial / Full Blonding
Do you generally like to add dimension to your hair with some foils? This is the service for you. The addition of highlights is perfect for someone looking to brighten up their overall look. We will focus on the top of your hair and around your face to brighten up your hair while keeping it multidimensional. Your service will be completed with a haircut and a blow-dry style.
Just a Cut
Want to skip the color for today and just freshen up your haircut? We will start your visit with a thorough consultation to get to know your hair goals. Then you will receive a precision haircut with a blow-dry style.
